Current SatPhoneStore BGAN customers only. Top up your BGAN balance and reset expiry for another year.
You need to know your BGAN SIM card number to order BGAN Prepaid Top Ups online. If you do not know this information, please call us at +1-305-405-7125 so we can look up your account.
BGAN Prepaid Vouchers work throughout the Inmarsat Satellite Network, and are rechargeable. All current, non-expired units carry forward to the next expiry date upon reload. BGAN SIM Cards may still be topped up after units have expired, but the unused balance will not carry forward. Please review carefully before making your purchase.
- 9.1 Units of airtime equals 1 MB
- Unused units are forfeited upon expiration.
- New BGAN Units have a validity period of 365 days.
- Remaining balance will be announced at the beginning of every call, and is available by dialing *106# from your IsatPhone Pro / IsatPhone 2 deveice.
- Voice traffic bills in 15 second increments; minimum call is 30 seconds.
About BGAN Prepaid Top Ups
Inmarsat BGAN Prepaid Top Ups are for existing SatPhoneStore prepaid customers. They allow you to add units to your prepaid balance and may extend the validity period of you total units (old and new). You need to know either your BGAN phone number or your BGAN SIM card number to order BGAN Prepaid Top Ups online. If you do not know this information, please call us at 866-633-9636 so we can look up your account.
Terms and Conditions
(1) Online top up orders must be placed at least 2 business days prior to expiration. (2) Top Ups are processed Monday through Friday. Any top up ordered after 3 PM Eastern Time May not be processed until the next business day. (3) Top Up orders successfully transmitted to Inmarsat prior to expiration normally results in the extension of the expiration date of any current airtime, however, SatPhoneStore is not responsible for the preservation of airtime past the expiration date. (4) SatPhoneStore recommends that customers call (866) 633-9636 prior to 3 PM on any business day for last minute top up orders.
