Rates are based on calls made from satellite mode.  Rates of calls made from GSM cellular mode are billed at a rate set by the GSM provider.  These rates may be higher or lower than the rates posted.
There is a $200 security deposit for all US subscribers ($1000 international) refunded after 6 months.
*Calls to Wallis & Futuna and Sao Tome will have a higher rate effective May 1st, 2005*
