Global Cell Phone Purchase Agreement

 

All sections must be completed and all pages must be returned to AtlanticRT for processing

 

This contract is for cellular GSM service with a dual or Tri-mode phone. The activation of the Sim card  will require service for at least one year.  If this one-year service agreement is not fulfilled the customer be billed an additional $300. Atlantic RadioTelephone does not sell international cellular telephones without a one-year service agreement. ACTIVATION:  There is a one-time activation charge of $25.  At least one SIM card must be purchased for $15.  SUBSCRIPTION:  The SIM card subscription cost for basic service is $49 annually.  Customers must subscribe to basic service for a minimum of one year in order to fulfill this agreement.  Additional services and features may be added or removed at any time.  AIRTIME:  Please refer to the zone chart on page 2 for a list of countries by zone. Zone 1 Airtime is $0.99 per minute for incoming calls and local calls (calls placed to a destination inside the country the phone is in), and $1.79 per minute for international calls (calls placed to a destination outside the country the phone is in). Zone 2 Airtime is $1.79 per minute for incoming and local calls and $3.39 per minute for international calls.  Zone 3 Airtime is $2.79 per minute for incoming and local calls and $6.59 per minute for international calls. Atlantic Radio Telephone is not responsible for the amount of incoming calls that may be received.  Incoming calls are only billed if the phone is answered.  Airtime charges are subject to change at any time.  GSM Phone is assigned UK (+44) country code.
