Global Cell Phone Rental Agreement

.  The signer of this contract is accepting responsibility for managing the airtime usage of and paying all airtime charges associated with the terminal referred to in this contract until the contract is terminated in writing. RENTAL POLICY: The rental price for a Motorola Timeport tri-band cellular telephone set up for international use is $2 per day, $14 per week or $55 per month, billed from the day after the phone is shipped until the day it is received at Atlantic Radio Telephone. The lessee is responsible for the cost of shipping the phone back to Atlantic Radio Telephone.  If the phone is not returned or is returned with damages the lessee will be charged for the price of the phone, $350, in addition to the rental amount.  AIRTIME:  Please refer to the zone chart on page 2 for a list of countries by zone. Zone 1 Airtime is $0.99 per minute for incoming calls and local calls (calls placed to a destination inside the country the phone is in), and $1.79 per minute for international calls (calls placed to a destination outside the country the phone is in). Zone 2 Airtime is $1.79 per minute for incoming and local calls and $3.39 per minute for international calls.  Zone 3 Airtime is $2.79 per minute for incoming and local calls and $6.59 per minute for international calls. Atlantic Radio Telephone is not responsible for the amount of incoming calls that may be received.  Incoming calls are only billed if the phone is answered.  Airtime charges are subject to change at any time.  GSM Phone is assigned UK (+44) country code. There is NO refund if you are dissatisfied with the phone or the service.- Do you agree with the RENTAL POLICY?  Yes No
