Calling Service is now available from Iridium
With a single SIM Card and
a single Iridium phone, vessels can now have
both traditional subscription service and prepaid
service. Captain and officers use their traditional
subscription service as required for ship's business
while crewmembers can place prepaid personal calls.
Most importantly, crewmembers' prepaid calls are
automatically separated from calls made for ship's
business, eliminating the administrative burden of
manually accounting for crew calls.

service.
Crewmembers' prepaid calls are priced at a single flat
rate per minute - All day long, no confusing zones or
bands, no unpredictable roaming charges, less
expensive than some international cellular roaming,
less expensive than other satellite options.

Crew Calling Service is ideal for any situation
where an Iridium phone is shared by many users
such as mining sites, fractional ownership
