Terms & Conditions to Starlink Mini Rental
Starlink Mini Rental Agreement: Terms
This agreement ("Agreement") is between Network Innovations FL Inc. dba SatPhoneStore ("NI" or "Network Innovations" or SatPhoneStore" or "SPS") and the customer ("Customer") digitally signing below and procuring the rental of satellite equipment ("Products") via satphonestore.com, and the Customer maybe referred to as RENTER. This Agreement is valid until the Products are returned to SatPhoneStore and all agreed-upon fees have been paid in full. The (a) Product Rental and Lease Terms in Part A, and (b) Starlink Service Terms in Part B below shall apply to and govern the relationship between SatPhoneStore and the RENTER for the rental or lease of the Products.
Rental Period
The rental period begins on the date that RENTER receives the Products as indicated in a proof of delivery note and continues for the rental term indicated by RENTER at the time the order is placed. The minimum rental term shall be one (1) week. The rental period may not be shortened or extended. If rented Products are not received by SATPHONESTORE by the end of the rental period, Late Fees will be added to the final rental bill as described below. If RENTER pays for Easy Return Service, the Products must be shipped by the end of the rental period to avoid Late Fees.
Deposit(s) and Payments
A US$300.00 security deposit, along with the full rental cost, is required prior to shipment for all Products. This deposit will be refunded once the rental Products are returned and confirmed by SATPHONESTORE to be in proper working condition.
Starlink Mini Rental Rates
The following weekly rates apply specifically to Starlink Mini rentals:

Airtime and Data Billing
Airtime and data charges for rental periods of one month or less will be billed at the end of the rental period at the SATPHONESTORE published rate for the Products being rented and will be due immediately. For Starlink Mini rentals, any overages will be billed separately after usage is confirmed and charged to the credit card on file. Airtime charges for rental periods of more than one month may be collected on a monthly basis or at the end of the rental period, at SPS' election. If the RENTER prepays for any airtime/data at the inception of the rental period, only the usage exceeding the prepaid amount will be billed. Unused prepaid airtime or data is not refundable.
Loss or Damages
All rented Products must be returned to SATPHONESTORE in the same condition in which these were shipped. If any of the rented Products are broken, damaged, stolen, lost or missing, the RENTER is responsible to pay to SATPHONESTORE a replacement or repair fee equal to the current retail price of the damaged or missing Product(s). If the RENTER purchases rental insurance at the time of the initial order, Products can be returned in a damaged or broken condition without penalty, but ALL Products rented must still be returned. Rental insurance does not cover loss or theft.
Satisfaction of Service
RENTER is required to test the Products within 24 hours of receipt. SATPHONESTORE will deliver working Products to RENTER by the RENTER's required date as per the order placed. If the RENTER believes the Products are non-working, they must report the defect within 24 hours of receipt to be eligible for a refund. SATPHONESTORE will test the returned Products; if found to be in working condition, or if the 24-hour reporting procedure was not followed, the RENTER remains obligated for all charges.
Late Fees and Cancellation Fees
The RENTER is obligated to pay a late fee of $15 per day ($XX per day for Starlink Mini or $30 per day for Fleet One or $500 per day for Land VSAT and Marine VSAT Products) for every day the Products are not returned after the rental period.

Cancellations > 3 business days (10 days for VSAT/Fleet One/Starlink Mini) before shipment: No fee.

Cancellations < 3 business days (10 days for VSAT/Fleet One/Starlink Mini) before shipment: 50% of the order total.
Usage Restrictions
RENTER is prohibited from using the Products in any country subject to sanctions or regulatory restrictions. Use may be restricted in countries including China, India, and Cuba. It is the RENTER’s responsibility to obtain all required licenses or permits for use outside the country of purchase. RENTER is solely liable for any loss, damage or claim relating to a breach of this section and agrees to fully indenify SPS.
Part A: Product Rental and Lease Terms
Capitalised terms used in these Product Rental and Lease Terms that are not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the (https://www.networkinnovations.com/general-terms)General Terms and Conditions.

Part B: Starlink Service Terms
The Starlink Service Terms will govern the Starlink Products and Service and take precedence over any other terms and conditions.
