COVID-19 Hours of Operation Update!!!

Miami and Fort Lauderdale showrooms open to customers today! Tampa showroom is also open, but by appointment only. If you are planning to come visit please be aware of the following: 

• Customers are be required to wear a face cover over their nose and mouth while inside the building.
• Only one customer or family will be allowed inside at a time.
• Customers are restricted to a designated area marked by the blue dotted line on the floor.

We are excited to be opening up again, but at the same time we want to keep you and our employees safe. We appreciate your consideration and understanding.

We will be opening our Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Tampa locations to the public on Tuesday, May 26, 2020.  To protect customers and our staff members, we will be requiring all customers to wear a protective face covering while in the building and be limiting the number of simultaneous customers inside. 

This week we will be preparing staff and our facilities for the return of customers and continue to serve local needs by offering curbside pick up at our Miami location and same day delivery and free next day shipping options within our local marketplaces for items that are normally in stock at those locations.

We have temporarily closed our local showrooms as a precaution against the spread of COVID-19. The safety of our employees, minimizing any threat to our community and the continuance of our support of our customers are our top priorities at this time. We have made the following changes to our operational structure to ensure we are able to best achieve these priorities.

• Our team members are operating nearly 100% from home; however, we do have a small team in place at the main warehouse. We are able to fulfill online and phone orders as usual and everything is shipping on time
• For most products, we are offering Free Next Day delivery to customers in Florida to make up for the fact that our showrooms are currently not open for business. Same day delivery service can be arranged in the South Florida area as well. Special order items may not qualify for free shipping.
• Our Customer Care and Technical Support personnel are set up to be fully functional from home and are available seven days a week via chat. The most effective way to get prompt support is to search our Knowledge Base for self help and create a Help Desk Ticket if needed.
